ABOUT
GUARDIANS IS AN AWARD WINNING COMEDY/THRILLER SET IN THE EAST END OF LONDON, AN AREA WITH A CHEQUERED PAST AND AN UNCERTAIN FUTURE. IT CENTRES AROUND CARLSON AND LAVENDER, TWO DISPARATE PEOPLE WHO ARE THROWN TOGETHER TO LOOK AFTER A 200 YEAR OLD TOWNHOUSE. AT FIRST THESE ILL-SUITED MEN ONLY HAVE TO DEAL WITH EACH OTHER. BUT IT SOON BECOMES CLEAR THAT THERE IS MORE TO THIS OLD HOUSE THAN MEETS THE EYE. NOISES, SHADOWS, STRANGE APPARITIONS ALL POINT TO THE HOUSE BEING WATCHED. BUT BY WHO? GHOSTS? INTRUDERS? SEX FIENDS? WHOEVER IT IS THESE TWO IDIOTS ARE NOT EQUIPPED TO DEAL WITH IT.

Braine Hownd Films were formed in 2006 by Mark A. C. Brown and Phil Haine.
In the years since they have made 17 short films including the award-Winning Stalker, Stained, Corinthian and I Am Lonely.
Guardians is their debut feature and involves almost everyone that starred in or was behind the camera on the short films. It came about due to the frustration of projects falling apart at the final hurdle or the one's that made the leap being unsatisying. so it was decided that they would self-fund and retain complete control. they would fly or fall on their own terms.
